BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Tecknomic supports the Mass Notification Project with business coordination/outreach and liaison activities, process mapping, requirements analysis, and program and project planning. We also prepare written and verbal deliverables, reports, and presentations for management and customer review. Tecknomic develops schedule and budget analysis, and applying performance measurement techniques as needed on specific segments of projects, interfacing with the client to ensure complete success.
SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Tecknomic’s Senior Systems Engineer provided subject matter support to the District of Columbia Mass Notification Project. We evaluated software and hardware and user utilities for procurement, modifications and upgrades. Our Engineer acted as a liaison with manufacturers and vendors of software and application products, especially with regard to problem diagnosis and resolution.
We assisted the Office of the Chief Technology Officer team in designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting server software. In addition provided assistance and routine consultation to users in the development of server software. Design Installs, configures, and tests workstations with supporting hardware, software, and networking components.
